Marguerite Wyche

Marguerite Wyche, a Greenville native, brings a wealth of knowledge about the complex field of residential real estate, acquired by her personal experience working in that field for over 25 years.  Whether marketing properties, working with the financing of acquisitions or attending to the multitude of issues arising before a closing, Marguerite brings an unparalleled professionalism to every transaction.  Having formerly served as the President and Co-owner of The Furman Company Residential, LLC, and Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Caine, Marguerite has been recognized locally and nationally for outstanding performance in residential real estate.  “Greenville, S.C., is my home, but I have lived in Georgia and Tennessee, and have also traveled to other cities to assist with the relocation of Companies and families to the upstate of South Carolina.  I can relate to the desire of those who want not only to raise their families, but also experience the quality of life offered in Greenville and that is difficult to find in many communities.  My career in real estate has given me the distinct pleasure of assisting families as they moved to this area or current residents locate their next home.  For me, this is not just an occupation, but a passion.”

The Person

Graduating from Vanderbilt University with honors, Marguerite has always believed in the importance of community involvement.  Her involvement in her community has always been diverse and result driven.  These commitments have included a wide variety of efforts and some include:  Greenville Hospital Board of Trustees, TD Bank Advisory Board, Chair of The Health Corporation of the Greenville Hospital System; service on Christ Church Episcopal Vestry; and State Public Affairs Chair of the Junior League of Greenville.  A constant supporter of expanding Greenville’s educational, cultural, and business opportunities, Marguerite’s list of community involvements is a testimony of her belief in Greenville and its citizens.  She is married to Baker Wyche, a Greenville attorney and they have two married sons and five grandchildren.
